On June 10,2025, a lederal grand jury indicted the defendant, Robert John May, III. on 10 counts of distribution of child pomography, in violation of I8 U.S.C. g 2252A(a)(2). He was arrested on June 11.2025.
The charges against Defendant are based upon his use of a social media application, Kik, to participate in multiple chat groups dedicated to the trading ofchild pomography.
